Jason assists clients through all aspects of the site location and incentive procurement processes. He manages critical details beginning with research and analysis to identification of potential states, regions and communities in addition to economic development incentives that align well with client objectives. Jason supports team members during the entire process of location modeling, incentive negotiations and compliance management to ensure that all opportunities and financial benefits are fully maximized on behalf of Ginovus clients.
Jason joined Ginovus after practicing public accounting with Ernst & Young and First Advantage. Jason’s well rounded experience includes collaborating with senior management to identify meaningful incentive opportunities, negotiating with state level entities, and conducting compliance reporting related to tax credits and other types of incentives. He has prepared audit-ready documentation for capital investment, wage-based, and job creation incentive reports. Jason brings significant experience in reviewing and interpreting legislative changes in relation to state tax credits and incentives in order to ensure client eligibility and compliance.
