Scott focuses on the diligent and detailed management of project timelines, document preparation and review, and research analysis required to ensure the success of a client’s project. He provides detailed analysis of data related to project parameters and works as a valued member of the team in identifying the best location and most effective incentives as part of a strategic plan. Scott has a keen ability to disseminate and communicate legislative policies for multiple communities to all project stakeholders and serves as a liaison for all parties throughout the project process.
Prior to joining Ginovus, Scott served as a project consultant for Thomas P. Miller and Associates where he developed economic development strategic plans for communities throughout the United States. Scott’s expertise in analyzing human capital and target industries gives him the foundation to assist Ginovus clients in making informed site selection decisions. Additionally, Scott served in Washington D.C. in both finance and media-related functions during his time on Capitol Hill. He has developed and implemented innovative financial tracking methods and distributed policy message points to House communications staff and members of Congress regarding legislative priorities.
