Josh Riker helps clients navigate the ongoing compliance requirements associated with economic development incentives, ensuring accurate reporting and continued eligibility for tax credits, grants, and other incentive programs. His work includes interpreting incentive agreements and required reporting metrics, reviewing financial and operational data, and preparing audit-ready compliance documentation that supports clients throughout the life cycle of their incentive awards. Josh is also responsible for tracking state and local policy and regulations for these incentive programs and monitoring legislative changes that may impact client eligibility and reporting obligations.

Before joining Ginovus, Josh managed complex client engagements spanning accounting, financial operations, and process management. He built financial models, analyzed large datasets, and oversaw recurring engagements requiring precision, organization, and sound analytical judgment.
