With a strong foundation in financial analysis and strategic planning, Parker blends complex business strategy, data-driven insights, and effective stakeholder communication to navigate the intricacies of site selection. He earned his bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business and has previously worked as a Senior Accountant with a boutique municipal finance firm.
While in his governmental advisory role, Parker collaborated with elected officials at all levels of local government, playing a pivotal role in advancing economic development initiatives.
