Ginovus Names Andy Parcell as New Client Advisor – Compliance
Fishers, Indiana — Ginovus is very pleased to announce that Andy Parcell has joined its site selection and economic development incentive firm as a Client Advisor – Compliance. Parcell will support the vitally important incentive compliance division of the practice. He brings a wide range of analytical, financial and accounting experience to his position.
“Andy has deep critical thinking skills paired with considerable financial knowledge which will further enhance our compliance team,” said Larry Gigerich, Executive Manager Director. “We look forward to strengthening our compliance practice and client experience with Andy on board.”
Parcell earned a bachelor’s degree in finance from Indiana University’s Kelley School of Business before starting a career in corporate tax supporting multiple industries including healthcare. He appreciates the challenge involved in preparing, analyzing and communicating financial reporting and results essential to a company’s success.
Most recently, Parcell served as a Senior Financial Analyst for American Health Network, where he worked on achieving cost-saving time efficiencies and prepared P&L reporting for company leadership along with various specialty groups. Prior to his time at American Health Network, Parcell served as a Senior Compliance Analyst at DuCharme, McMillen & Associates.
“My goal is to support and complement the expert level of incentive compliance and personal service that Ginovus is already known for globally,” Parcell said. “I’m thrilled and eager to work alongside the compliance professionals on this team.”
