Ginovus Names Lily Hay to Lead Marketing

Fishers, Ind.—Ginovus announces that Lily Hay has joined the company as Principal. Hay brings 18 years of marketing experience to her new role, in which she provides strategic communications expertise to the company’s growth efforts regionally and throughout the country.

In collaboration with the Ginovus leadership team, Hay will drive off- and online campaigns utilizing a broad perspective developed in a variety of communication focused roles to support business development activities. She brings a range of creative, strategic, and client service experience to her position.

“Hay has jumped in to direct Ginovus’ communications initiatives and to refine our long-term organizational strategy,” said Larry Gigerich, Executive Manager Director. “We’re very excited to have her talents and energy on the team and look forward to growing our reach under her guidance.”

Hay earned a bachelor’s degree in advertising before starting a career that has included communications roles in technology, healthcare, manufacturing, and legal industries, among others. She’s a collaborative leader who co-founded the marketing and communications consulting firm, Aglow Marketing, which in six years developed a roster of more than 35 clients.

More recently, Hay served as director of marketing for a global IT business consulting firm, where she advised and implemented on local, national, and worldwide marketing efforts for increased client engagement.
