s coronavirus (COVID-19) cases continue to be reported throughout the U.S., we want you to know that Ginovus is carefully monitoring the rapidly changing situation. Our top priority is the welfare of our team members and clients, followed closely by ensuring as little disruption as possible in our efforts to meet the needs of our clients.
Welfare of Employees/Clients: We will continue following the recommendations of the CDC and state health officials to limit the spread of the virus. In matters of judgment, we are erring on the side of caution.
Serving Clients: Whether doing so from our office or home, we are continuing to serve our clients and partners, and coordinate regarding how we can best serve them in these uncharted waters. Given the dynamic environment, we are proactively working with our clients to consider situations as they evolve and to maintain up-to-date plans for meeting timelines and expectations. Travel: Last week, we implemented a policy to ban nonessential air travel through April 30th. We anticipate continuing to evolve our travel policies to ensure the safety of our team members and clients, as new information and guidance become available. Our team will continue working directly with our clients and partners so we can meet their needs while attempting to limit the spread of the virus.
Moving Forward: We will communicate pertinent information and changes with you as the situation continues to evolve. We are optimistic that as we all collaborate during these uncertain times, we will all thrive as we move forward.
